At Messinian Horizons<\/strong>, we understand that travel plans may change. For this reason, we have established the following cancellation policy.<\/p>

Reservation Cancellation<\/h3>

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date<\/strong>.<\/p>

In case of cancellation after this deadline, 50% of the total reservation amount<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p>

No-Show<\/h3>

If a guest does not arrive at the property on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation<\/strong>.<\/p>

Early Departure<\/h3>

In case of early departure after check-in, the property reserves the right to charge part or the full amount of the remaining nights<\/strong>.<\/p>

Refund Policy<\/h3>

If the cancellation is made within the permitted time frame, any deposit that has been paid will be refunded<\/strong> according to the payment method used during the booking.<\/p>

Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider<\/strong>.<\/p>

Reservation Modification<\/h3>

Changes to the stay dates may be made subject to availability<\/strong> and after contacting the property.<\/p>

Force Majeure<\/h3>

In cases of force majeure<\/strong> (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, etc.), every effort will be made to provide an alternative solution or reschedule the reservation to new dates.<\/p>
