Cancellation Policy
At Messinian Horizons, we understand that travel plans may change. For this reason, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Reservation Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this deadline, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No-Show
If a guest does not arrive at the property on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
Early Departure
In case of early departure after check-in, the property reserves the right to charge part or the full amount of the remaining nights.
Refund Policy
If the cancellation is made within the permitted time frame, any deposit that has been paid will be refunded according to the payment method used during the booking.
Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Reservation Modification
Changes to the stay dates may be made subject to availability and after contacting the property.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, etc.), every effort will be made to provide an alternative solution or reschedule the reservation to new dates.
